While I have always loved sharing my favorite recipes with friends, a recent change in my life has led me down another culinary path. 2 weeks ago, my boyfriend and I decided to make a positive life change and try our hand at the Paleo diet.
I'm going to be honest, I hate the word "diet" and the stigmas that come with it. So to help myself with the negative side of a diet, I say that I chose it. Instead of saying "I can't have that," I choose to say "I don't want that," or "I choose not to have that." It seems to make it a bit easier!
In my journey so far, I have encountered so many different flavors and mixtures of the things I always love. I want to share them with you and perhaps inspire you to embark on a journey to health!
